At the moment all sessions are conducted remotely by either MS teams or by Zoom via video link. This means you can access the service from anywhere in the country. Our service is based in Kent with plans to offer face to face sessions very soon.

This is all discussed in our first introductory session where we look at your reasons for therapy, goals and what treatment may look like for you. CBT is different for everybody and can be adapted for your needs. 


The list of disorders that can be treated within our service include: Depression, Generalised Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, Self Esteem


Sessions are usually between 50-60 minutes long
