About Blue Minds

About

Welcome to Blue Minds Therapy, a therapy service dedicated to providing effective therapy tailored to your individual needs. My name is Claire and I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist that specialises in delivering mental health support for a range of different problems. 

Whether you are struggling with negative thoughts or simply want to  change some habits then I can work with you to achieve what ever goals you might have. 

I offer sessions nationwide via remote video link or face to face in Chatham, Medway and Maidstone Kent. 

The CBT Approach

CBT therapy is more than just examining our thoughts and how we can change them; it's about viewing our thoughts in a different light. This approach forms the basis of effective treatment and utilises a person-centred method. By engaging in CBT, you can develop coping strategies and explore your current difficulties.

My Experience

With years of experience in the field of mental health, I provide a comprehensive range of mental health support through our private therapy service. What I offer include evidence-based techniques such as CBT therapy as well as incorporating elements from acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion-focused therapy. Additionally, I specialize in providing tailored support for individuals who are neurodiverse or managing long-term health conditions. 

My Approach

My approach to therapy, is rooted in being listened to without judgement and feeling supported throughout the process. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment within my service, where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. Here, they can develop the skills and tools they need to achieve their goals.
