Welcome to Blue Minds Therapy, a private therapy service dedicated to providing effective CBT therapy tailored to your individual needs. My name is Claire and I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist that specialises in delivering mental health support for a range of different problems. My approach emphasizes collaboration and trust, ensuring you receive the best care.
